Mad about Microsoft Access Software!

 

We have been producing Microsoft Access applications for customers for many years.  Microsoft Access is one Microsoft's unsung products.  Powerful and flexible it can be used for simple databases or complex multi-module applications.  Over the years we have produced Contacts Management, Stock Control, Purchase Order Management, Time Clock Management and Production Control applications, as well of course as our well established AIMS, auction management software. 

We have now developed some of these into commercial products and are making them more widely available for the first time:-

  • EasyContact - powerful contacts management software aimed at small networked work groups - ideal for sharing contacts across the work group, managing mail-shots, appointments, contacts etc.  (Requires Microsoft Access 2003/2007)

  • EasyOrder - Purchase Order system for managing suppliers and placing purchase orders.

  • EasyOrder - Media Edition - Purchase Order system for Media based organisations.

  • EasyStock - stock and purchase order management (Requires Microsoft Access 2000/XP/2003/2007)

  • Small Business Manager - Invoicing and appointments manager for service based organisations. (Requires Microsoft Access 2000/XP/2003/2007).  It's what we use to manage our client base.  Easy to use, requires no accounts experience it produces invoices, credit notes, call sheets, purchase orders, financial reports, telephone directories, address labels, Xmas address labels.  Can be customised to suite your individual needs.

  • MOD 640 and Label Printing Software - Designed for UK Ministry of Defence contractors who need to record 640 data, print 640s and MOD labels. (Requires Microsoft Access 2000/XP/2003/2007). 

  • Custom designed applications - we can design ANY database based application to suit your needs, e.g. Customer Management, Time & Time Clock management, Stock Control, Production Management, Quotation Management

Our applications are written using Microsoft Access 2000/XP/2003/2007, the industry leading database program for PCs.  The minimum hardware requirement is generally the same as for Microsoft Office.  Microsoft Access must be installed on each PC.

As with all database software, the applications run best on a fast PC with plenty of memory, the more the merrier.

Pentium III 500hz PC with 256Mb of RAM  running Windows 95 or better.  Microsoft Access 2000 or better (EasyContact - Access 2003 or better)  

Recommend Hardware Requirement:

Pentium 4 Class PC with 512Mb of RAM and a 40gb hard drive with Microsoft Access XP/2003/2007

The software will run on a 10base network but will benefit from the increased data through-put of a 10/100/1000 based network.
